I just retired a 7200 that ran Debian Sarge on it, It was nice and fast, with a
boot of <5 seconds and a fs size of ~200MB.

The Emdebian project is working on it, but I haven't played around with it. I
don't know the exact details of this board, but if it has SD/CF, normal
everyday debian is a good choice.
