[ts-7000] ETH1 on TS7390

I'm trying to get ETH1 (the second ethernet port) to be enabled on my TS7390 
device using the standard distribution coming from technologic systems. There's 
only eth0 available. I tried the add eth_on (which I took from ts7000.subr) in 
my initiation script, but it don't seems to help.
