What kind of a driver are we talking about? My preferred kind would be a one 
which maps the TS-DIO24 address space as sysfs entries for easy user-space 
access from shell scripts etc.

The same driver could propably work with minor modifications with TS-DIO64 and 
TS-RELAY8.

Also, I might be willing to sacrifice my TS-DIO24 for the cause.
