For the TS-7500 we have the software guide which does include a helloworld
program and instructions on compiling it:
http://www.embeddedarm.com/about/resource.php?item=410
The TS-7800 can use the Eclipse IDE that we have created in windows:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/misc/eclipse/ For cross compiling in linux you can
use the same software guide above for the TS-7500 but use this compiler
instead:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7800-linux/cross-toolchains/ts7800-crosstool-linux-oldabi-0.28rc39.tar.bz2
