For everyone elses sanity and the health of the Internet, please don't attach screen shots of text terminals :)  Copy and paste the relevent text into the message body please.  If you don't know how to do that in PuTTY it's quite simple, highlight the text with your mouse and when yoou let the mouse button go PuTTY will copy it to the clipboard.
