On a TS7250 (which is not quite the same) you need to load modules for the USB
serial drivers, then insert a USB/serial interface. The devices you will see
will not be called /dev/ttyUSB0 but /dev/usb/tts/0 and so on.
Dmesg will keep you informed as to when the USB/serial interface has been
recognised, and what the product/vendor ids are. This can help you determine
which module to load.
