Yes, it's still my problem too.
This problem occured when I need to use a function from 'libgcc', divdi3.
So, my 'Makefile' was modified as following.

gcc -c -o mo.tmp.o mo.c
ld -r -static -o mo.o mo.tmp.o /opt/cross/...../libgcc.a
