Jeff I'm not at all surprised that you have not had any replies. When Steve 
Weigold hijacked your thread he took the trouble to change the subject line as 
well so no-one had even seen your subject since your initial post. Very bad 
manners.

Since 95% of this thread now concerns his issue I suggest you just start 
another with a duplicate of your initial post .

Hopefully you will get some replies.
