[ts-7000] Kernel 2.6.29.1 stops booting after printing INIT:

Hi,

I have Compiled the 2.6.29.1 kernel for ts7200 and applied the matts' patch and 
the path from RT Preempt project. But Now when I boot the kernel, it stucks 
after printing: 
         
         Freeing init memory = 128kb
         INIT:  

When I change the boot parameter to init=/bin/sh it drops me to a shell. I 
think it is unable to run init but I don't know why.
