Hi all,
We are trying to use 2.6 kernel on Ts7200. Have tried both provided and
self-compiled 2.6kerrnel but it gives same error.
We are using file system of debian in Compact flash (hda1) and kernel in
on-board-flash. It looks, it have issues with file system in compact-flash. So
question is, is it necessary to have NFS to use 2.6 kernel on ts7200 and why?

Root-NFS: No NFS server available, giving up.
VFS: Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy.
VFS: Cannot open root device "hda1" or unknown-block(2,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(2,0)

2nd question is, 2.6 kernel have support for preemptive kernel, so is it in
working state. By preemptive scheduler, it will be real-time? (dynamic priority
allocation?).
waiting and trying ...
