Thanks for the response Pierre. I've used a multitech external GSM
modem before. With that one after I sent it the ATD*99***1#
I'd see the {{932dsaf}}{FS{{FD{{DFa] type stream of characters
indicating some type of PPP activity. I do not see this with the
TS-GSM1 Sony GR48 I have.
