[ts-7000] Anyone get the Sony GR48 GSM modem to work (ATT)?

Hi All,

I've got the PC/104 cell phone board on my TS-7260.  I have a Sony GR48 modem 
installed on the board.  It powers up fine and I can connect to it via minicom. 
 Does anyone know the exact AT commands that need to be sent to get PPP going?  
I issued two AT commands that I've used in the past with cellphone modems

AAT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","ISP.CINGULAR"
OK
ATD*99***1#
CONNECT


usually by this point you get the characters coming forth indicating that you 
can start pppd, but in my case I get nothing further from the modem.
