[ts-7000] COM3 is not working

Any one have worked on com3, I tried to write some character on ttyAM2(for Com3)

for buadrate 9600 but nothing is displayed on hyperterm.

if some one have already worked and solved the Issue please mail me the solution

I am working on TS-7260 and booting from SD-card...
