The following should work.
I'm typing this from memory.
It hasn't been run and may not match exactly.
But something like:
power on
; I'm assuming you have run tsbootrom-update and boot
; to ts-linux (a busybox linux with root filesystem in 2nd SD partition)
ts-linux>exit
; boots to full debian with root filesystem in 3rd SD partition
login:root
ls -l /tsfastboot ; # should exist.
#if missing, ts-linx will boot to debian
rm /tsfastboot
shutdown -h now
# Repower the system and it should boot directly into debian
# To put it back, from debian: touch /tsfastboot
