[ts-7000] Connect with CMUCAM

I try to connect my TS-7800 board to CMUCAM by installing minicom on my TS-7800 
and connect the cam using COM3 serial port after that, i try to communicate the 
TS-7800 board from my laptop to the board by telnet and then open minicom 
application at my board

usually if i connect the CMUCAM direct to my PC with minicom at my PC there is 
a message appear like this :

CMUcam2 v1.00 c6
:

but if i use TS-7800's minicom it just appearing strange character like this 

N....�.���K.��� 

i already set the TS-7800'S minicom to read COM3 port  ( /dev/ttts4/ ) if i 
type something it respond but the respond is not the standard respon that 
usually appear if i connect the cam direct to my PC

do you can get me some solution?
