Dear All,
Not so long ago I said I'd add control of the TS7260 USB 5V line to my cctl
program. I've done that, and added control of power to the rs232 level
converters and to the 5V line on the LCD header.
The new version is at
http://www.comp.leeds.ac.uk/jj/linux/cctl-0.3beta.tgz
The added new commands are :
board which prints out the TS board number from 0x22000000
rs232lc prints out the state of the rs232 level converter power control
lcd5v ditto for the LCD header 5V power control
usb5v ditto for the USB 5V power control
I could add other controls on the TS7260 power control bits. Just ask.
Many thanks to Joel Morgan for the pointer to the documentation and for
testing the program for me on his 7260 board - he's a brave man :-)
cheers
Jim
p.s. use
cctl -w usb5v=off to turn USB 5V off
cctl -w usb5v=on to turn back on
cctl usb5v to query the state of the control
etc for the other commands
