But when my eeprom boot image and redboot image are ok then I thing, it would 
be extra effort to go for serialblaster.

I would first try telnet, jp1 (serial boot and redboot configure in some way) 
and/or jp5 (factory setting) and support from technologics atleast.

 any idea to change configuration of Redboot without reloading bootloader image 
using serialblaster or any other way?
