[ts-7000] Re: USB Audio drivers for 2.6.21 or later?

Never mind.  I managed to build them myself.  At the moment I need OSS backward 
compatibility so that brings the total number of drivers to 13.  Thirteen!  
Yikes.  Here's a list with the proper load order for future reference:
