I change the getty but I didn't restart, but now I cant connect. You had reason, the getty must be commented.

Did you change the getty running on the 7260 to listen at 9600 baud?

If you have disabled the getty on ttyAM1 (com2 sort of) then of course
you won't connect - there is nothing listening on the board!
