Hi,

I've written test apps for my own graphic toolkit which displayed in a portrait 
orientation, but the boot up/OS was still landscape.

I'm not sure if any of the standard toolkits can operate in portrait, but to 
get the full OS to operate in portrait mode, you'd need a custom FPGA load from 
TS (which is not currently available) to perform the memory to display 
transformations.
