Hi, I am a newbie, I have a TS-7260 and i need to run the 2.6 kernel. I would like to allocate the file system in the SD card. I am plenty of fool questions: 1) i have read a lot of the history messages in the list and seems like to much people is having problems running kernel 2.6 + SD cards in a TS-7260. Have someone be able to run kernel 2.6 using a SD card as root filesystem holder? 2) i dont know if i am wrong, but i understand that by upgrading the bootloader i will not be able to run redboot again. is it right? Must i upgrade my bootloader? 3) which kernel version and filesystem should i use? For newbies like me, this Excellent blog shows: - how to run kernel 2.6 from a NFS in a TS-7260 - how to cross compile the kernel - how to create a root file system starting from busybox. Thanks Gonzalo __._,_.___
