Hi all,

I'm using a ts-7400 with an sd flashcard, based on the
512mbsd-7400-linux2629-lenny-eabi.dd image, with a newly compiled 2.6.29-ts
kernel.
I can use the iogear wifi dongle (zd1211) when I continue into debian, but I'd
like to get it to work from the fastboot prompt.

All modules load, but when I do "ifconfig wlan0 192.168.0.1 netmask
255.255.255.0"

I get:
ifconfig: ioctl 0x8914 failed: No such file or directory

dmesg reports:
usb 1-1: firmware: requesting zd1211/zd1211b_ub
usb 1-1: Could not load firmware file zd1211/zd1211b_ub. Error number -2
zd1211rw 1-1:1.0: couldn't load firmware. Error number -2

firmware is placed in the correct places, I can use the card in full debian.

Is there a way to load the firmware manually? or do I need udev? Or a busybox
with mdev?

thanks,
Filip.
