Is the RS-485 support option on the TS-7200 only depends on an added chip
(SP4082EE 0823L B55614)?

I have two TS-7200, one with RS4-85 option, the other without. The problem is
the one with RS-485 option has been damaged. The only physical difference I
noticed on the board is the chip I mentionned above.

So my question is simple, if I remove this chip from the one with RS485 option
and solder it on the other (without RS-485 option when ordered), will it works
or there is other drivers/modification I would have to do?

Thanks.
