Hi Ian.
This is what I have done :

+ Uncompressed and dd lenny-eabi file to 512MB FLASH
From TS-7300 existing FLASH:
+ copy /usr/local/bin/load_ts7300 to new 2.6 FLASH disk
+ copy /boot/ts7300_cyclone2_640x480.rbf ts7300_cyclone2_800x600.rbf ts7300_cyclone2.rbf to new 2.6 FLASH disk
+ copy /bin/startfpga to new 2.6 FLASH disk
+ On new FLASH, backup ./linuxrc to ./_linuxrc_original
+ From TS-7300 existing FLASH, copy ./linuxrc to new 2.6 FLASH disk
+ Insert SD and power up

Then nothing, no display at all.  Any idea what's missing ?

Have you loaded the bitstream file that supports the VGA into the FPGA?
The "load_7300" program and the bitstream file are not on this
distribution, you'll have to get them from the original SD or download
them from the web-site.
