[ts-7000] Change ip address from c program.

Dear all,

 I want to change IP address of TS7400 board by c program, the details is as 
follows.

My application accepts new IP address from matrix keypad or socket programming. 
I want to assign new IP address to TS7400 board.

My question.
1. Is there is any system call which change IP address of board and then I will 
do soft reset of my application.

Or 

2. Using exec system call I need to run a script to change IP address.

Any suggestion/ help will be highly appreciated.
