I've not seen the 9700 board,  but it seems like you could get out a dial calipers and measure the spec, make adjustment to a mechanical drawing of one of the other boards. It sounds like you only need a few coordinates, i.e. the location of the PC104 header.

Harbor Freight has digital calipers on sale for $30!

I found the mechanicals for every product it seems except the 9700 board. Bleah.
