Hi mike,
I have tried to perform below command on my SDcard 2GB in size (already having sdimage-new on it from TS.)
   dd if=vmlinux of=/dev/mmcblk0p1

The partition information of my SDcard:
Partition                               Size
/dev/mmcblk0p1                 1.48MB
/dev/mmcblk0p2                 1.00MB
unallocated                          2.25MB
/dev/mmcblk0p3                 1.83GB

The space in /dev/mmcblk0p1 is not enough for vmlinux(1.8MB) to fit in.So it encountered error saying No space left on the device.
So what should I do to load the kernel on to my SDcard.I have gone through many posts in TS7000 yahoo groups, but there is no direct answer in any post. Please help me out.

Thanks
Naresh.
