Success... I was able to bootup in the 7800, and dd the entire sd card image to another box over ssh on that box (a modern linux), I was able to dd that image to a fresh sd card and then boot from it Apparently the problem is in using a modern linux to create the dd image, and it is able to correctly write it. Doesn't make any sense to me, but whatever it takes. Now if I could just figure out how to get lenny running on the flash instead of sd card I'd be in great shape. E
