Hey there, I've been playing with serial ports on my TS-7390 this morning and discovered some stuff I thought I'd pass on to the list. First of all, I was expecting to use devices ttyS1 and ttyS2 to address ports com1 and com2 on the board. After running dmesg | grep tty after boot, I found that the serial ports are actually on devices ttyAM1 and ttyAM2. Secondly, even though I read posts about com1 and com2 not supporting hardware flow control, I had to enable flow control to get things working. At this point I'm talking to com1 on ttyAM1 with no troubles. Thought you'd like to know, ...Zz __._,_.___
