[ts-7000] problem ragarding snmp install

hi,

I have ts7300 board, and debian 3.1 installed on it, and linux kernel 
2.4.26-ts11.

I want to  install snmp  on my board.
i have tried to install it by adding the source link 
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian lenny main 
in  /etc/apt/sources.list , but not able to install it.

Some error come as "dpkg: error processing 
/var/cache/apt/archives/libc6_2.7-18_arm.deb (--unpack) : "

Can someone please suggest some method to install snmp on my board.
