[ts-7000] debian lenny on TS-7400

I'm trying to get my TS-7400 to run the distribution from

512mbsd-7400-linux26-lenny-eabi.dd

I used dd to copy this image to a 512MB SD card. when I try to boot I get the 
error messages below.  I suspect I need to update something in the on board 
flash, but can't figure out how to do that. Please help!
