I made it few minutes after sending my post. And I set one more option:
CONFIG_PARPORT_AX88796

Despite, kernel help said:                                             
_The driver is not dependant on the AX88796 network driver, and should not 
interfere with the networking functions of the chip._

It seem to interfere :).
Of course the chance exist that i make other changes in config, but forgot.
