Hi Pierre.

I have just implemented a system with a TS-GSM1 with Sony-Ericsson GR64 modem 
and there is only one serial port.  It comes in as /dev/tts/0.  This is where 
pppd does its magic stuff and creates lan interface ppp0.

(TS7250, 2.4.26 kernel).
