Hello,

So I have determined that the TS7250 w/ optional MAX197 ADC is capable of
filling my SBC requirements, however I had been hoping to have a faster boot
time. I was quoted on another post that it's ~30s to boot to the login prompt.

I have not programed an SBC before, so I will be learning more about what kind
of things I can do later, when it comes up, but at the moment I want to choose
the best board I possibly can with what limited knowledge I have. So I was
hoping to see what you guys might be able to tell me.

1. Is it possible to eliminate checks, or parts of the boot sequence to speed
it up? My purpose for the SBC is to read in signals from 4 or 6 of the
channels and write the data to a USB stick-type memory.

2. Can TS replace ADC's on other boards? Such as the TS7800 (which has a very
good boot time, but does not advertise any optional ADC's).

Thanks a lot for your help.
