I have a TS-7260 board and I'm trying to run Apache + PHP5.
I tried to install the PHP5 package on the Debian Sarge (USB Flash
Drive) that came with the Development Kit.
But almost any package that I try to install, apt tries to upgrade the
libc6 package. The problem is that this upgrade needs a new 2.6
kernel. I'm running a stock 2.4.26-ts11 kernel. I tried to "hold" the
libc6 package with no success.
How can I install new packages or find compatible packages without the
having to do a libc6 upgrade (without changing the kernel).
Is it possible to run a 2.6.12 kernel or later with a local file
system (non NFS)?
Thanks,
