Thank you all for your prompt answers. This group is really active!

Finally, I found the problem, I was loading the vmlinux kernel image... and 
instead I tried zImage (compressed kernel image) and it worked!!

Don´t know exactly why is that, perhaps vmlinux was too big..

Can anyone give me an explanation?
