[ts-7000] Installing opencv on TS 7300

Hi,
Please can someone help me in installing opencv on TS 7300.

I downloaded the "libcv0.9.7-0_0.9.7-4_arm.deb" file and tried installing using 
dpkg.

dpkg -i libcv0.9.7-0_0.9.7-4_arm.deb

For this it gave me the following error.

Selecting previously deselected package libcv0.9.7-0
(Reading database ... 12689 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking libcv0.9.7-0 (from libcv0.9.7-0_0.9.7-4_arm.deb) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libcv0.9.7-0:
  libcv0.9.7-0 depends on libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1);however:
   Version of libc6 on system is 2.3.2.ds1-22.
  libcv0.9.7-0 depends on libgcc1 (>= 1.4.1-12);however:
   Version of libgcc1 on system is 1:3.4.3-13.
  libcv0.9.7-0 depends on libstdc++6 (>= 4.1.1-12); however:
   Package libstdc++6 is not installed.
dpkg: error processing libcv0.9.7-0 (--install):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
libcv0.9.7-0

I have also tried installing opencv using apt-get install as follows:

apt-get install subversion libcv1 libcvaux1 libcvaux-dev libcv-dev libhighgui1 
libhighgui-dev \
opencv-doc python-opencv cmake libcv-dev libhighgui-dev libavcodec-dev 
libavcodec51 \
libavutil-dev libglut3-dev glutg3-dev libavcodec-dev libavcodec51 libavutil-dev


 but get an error based on some dependency list and that libc6 version not 
installed.

Please if somebody can tell me how to remove this error and install opencv.
