But still its unable to detect 4GB card.Is there any procedure to mount 4GB card..
I have inserted 4GB card in slot1(FPGA side) and 512MB card containing Debian in slot0(processor side). The TS-7300 got booted. But I am unable to type exit on the prompt. When I have removed the 4GB card,I am able to type exit on prompt for booting OS.
Can you suggest any procedure to mount 4 GB on TS-7300.

Hai,
Actually,I need to install xorp on top of debian.Xorp
application requires 1.4GB.So,I need to know whether TS-7300
can boot from a SDcard containing debian image having size
2 or 4GB.My aim is to develop router on TS-7300.Currently,
I need to install xorp on Ts-7300.Can TS-7300 support a huge application like xorp(1.4GB)? ?

Thanks in advance,

Well, it's not a direct cross, but I'd think my experience probably supports what you are trying to do.  I'm running 7200's booting Debian from 4GB CF cards with no trouble.
