Hi Fred,

The console port on the TS-7390 is on the JTAG header and can only accessed 
with the supplied TS-9445 mini-peripheral board (or you have to convert the TTL 
level into rs232 if I understand this right).

I would be guessing it will be similar in the TS-7370. Try dmesg to see what 
your ports are. Follow the entire thread as you will find links to the 
available documentation.
