Hi! 1) There isn't only the ts7800.c file, but also some special data files that give instructions to UrJTAG how to process the data received from the JTAG chain. So I strongly suggest using the UrJTAG 0.9 source files and then patch them or use the latest UrJTAG from SVN. 2) The original bitstream is not provided by TS because it might allow to some degree reverse engineering the structure and some parts are clearly covered by licenses. Most probably SDHC full support is one of them. But there are two extra issues: 3) UrJTAG will never allow loading a bitstream. All it will allow is playing a SVF file and the Lattice tools allow getting a SVF file for an FPGA content, though I don't know (haven't tried!) if they would allow getting a SVF from a bitstream provided by somebody else. 4) Some file you would need from Lattice because the FPGA and CPL BSDL descriptions are not included in UrJTAG. My initial patch included them as well. Now on a separate issue - I have a working FPGA structure that lacks NAND and SD card support, but shows how things could be implemented. And I'm preparing an extended wiki with Alex Clouter, the mainline kernel developer for TS7800, where many other aspects are covered. We should have it publicly released in about a couple of weeks as I'm now in the process of adding the FPGA related stuff. Catalin On Tue, Mar 10, 2009 at 10:56 PM, palmeirapfmp <> wrote:
