Subject: | [ts-7000] using 7390 for data acq gui |

I am interested in using a 7390 as a GUI interface for a data recording system. I am not that familiar, but believe the 7390 comes with debian linux installed as the OS. I assume one would then install x windows as the windowing enviroment.
If those assumtions are correct, my question is what application or GUI IDE can be used to create a specific GUI to interface with a data recording system that will communicate with the 7390 via rs232 to control gauge, bar, gaphiong, and numeric type widgets?
Anyone that can help point me in the correct direction would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance! __._,_.___
