The 'make ts8700_config' command supposedly generates the same
.config that Technologic used.  Then the plain 'make' can work.

That's one of the reasons for my frustration.  But also, the basic steps
for rebuilding appear sound, so I really do think that having them here
may help someone else in the future, too.
