Yes, you are right, it id hot. We use some of these board about one
year and it runs very reliable.

We use the build in temperature chip and we have max value ever
measured 52C (in enclosure during summer period - 30+ outside).

If it is critical to you, you can switch the internal frequency to
333MHz via a jumper. Then the temperature sinks considerably.
