Does anyone here know about the KLone web server? 

" KLone is a Software Development Kit which allows dynamic pages to be
written in C/C++ with usual <% code %> style. The pages can then be
embedded, in compressed and/or encrypted form, into a single
executable containing also KLone's HTTP/S server. "
