Have you tried making a copy of the SD card on another linux machine first. dd if=/dev/sda of=/root/sdcardimage.img then put in new card dd if=/root/sdcardimage.img of=/dev/sda I wouldn't copy the card on the TS-7350 as its slow and even more importantely, were you booted into SD card linux.
