Have you tried making a copy of the SD card on another linux machine first.

dd if=/dev/sda of=/root/sdcardimage.img
then put in new card
dd if=/root/sdcardimage.img of=/dev/sda

I wouldn't copy the card on the TS-7350 as its slow and even more importantely,
were you booted into SD card linux. You should be in the onboard flash linux so
you have full access to SD.

This is probably something basic, but I can't seem to figure it out.
I'm using a TS-7350 board.
I wanted to duplicate my 2 gig SD card that came from TS with the
system.
I put a new 2 gig card in the USB adapter.
Under the full Debian boot I typed:
dd if=/dev/tssdcarda of=/dev/sda
It took about two hours to copy.
I then took the new card and was able to fast boot from it.
The problem is that when I type exit to do the full boot, the partition
is write protected. It tries to boot and does a lot, but can not write
to the SD card so many of the initialization commands fail.

I have tried messing with chmod, but can not figure out how to make the
partition writable. I would really appreciate any pointers.

Thanks,
Ken
