I baught a Sandisk 2GB card today (30 euro, rip off!) and done exactly what you've done there.
I placed the card in and turned on the TS-7390 and it fails to boot.

From console:

>> TS-BOOTROM - built Aug 25 2008
>> Copyright (c) 2008, Technologic Systems
>> Booting from SD card...

.

Now I thought that it booted from onboard NAND flash when jumper 1 is set, yet it seems to be trying
to boot from SD?? - If I use the original SD card, it boots straight into onboard flash and must type exit to boot into.

Hope someone has ideas, will continue searching for solution....

Looked on the TS website and could find any reference for it, so I ask
here. What, if any, requirements are there for speed of the SD flash
memory card for use with the TS7350? I tried a cheapy that I got at a
discount store, and it works for everything I have to try it on,
except the TS7350.
I dd'd the image from the original SD that came with the development
package I bought from TS, and then dd'd it back to the new SD card,
all using the USB flash reader that was also part of the development
package. When I try to boot from the new SD card, it just hangs.
I am prepared to purchase a batch of SD cards for use with the batch
of TS7350's on order, and want to make sure they are compatible.
Thanks,
