The MAX1236/37 (http://www.maxim-ic.com/quick_view2.cfm/qv_pk/3271)
would be even easier as i2c on the TS7xxx boards is simple to implement
and only requires two resistors unlike most Maxim SPI "compatible" chips
which require a tri-stateing buffer to co-exist with the temp sensor on
the TS7xxx's SPI bus.
