[ts-7000] telnetd running on TS-7300

Hello,

I would like to know how telnetd runs on the board by default(i.e.
which configuration files and settings).  I am having trouble
accessing the board once Debian boots from SD card and would like to
know the default username and password used to access the telnet
system and how to set them both.
