you don't say what the routing tables are on your laptop and cam.
Remember each host on a subnet needs to know where (which IP add)
to send any packets that are NOT on it's own subnet.

I suspect that your laptop will only need a default route - anything not on 
the wireless subnet goes to the ts7260 wlan0

The cam maybe be more problematic, it will need a route to the network
192.168.2.0/24 (mask 255.255.255.0) that points to the eth0 interface of 
the ts7260. The default route might point somewhere else - e.g. to a 
broadband router. You'll still need that too.
