What? JFS is in Fedora, but not in RHEL5. It's certainly in FC7,
FC8, F9 and F10, I just checked.
As Ted said, on Fedora at least you can just "modprobe jfs". You may
want to "yum install jfsutils" if you need the tools.
Fedora has several live CD spins if you want to go that route:
